Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery / Pick-up
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick-up at 15C Parity Place, Hillcrest, Auckland.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas). We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Missing or Damaged Orders
